Conference and Board Room:

Enjoy our Beautiful Conference and Board Room when you schedule your next business conference, staff retreat, or club meeting. We can also host your special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, and family reunions. The room is surrounded by oversized windows with a picturesque view of the beautiful North Fork River and the Old Dawt Grist Mill. The rock and cedar interior provide a relaxing atmosphere for your guests.

The Conference room can comfortably seat 45 people. Larger groups can be accommodated by utilizing the covered wrap around outside decks. The conference room is handicapped assessable. Smoking is not permitted in the conference room, but outside tables with ash trays are available.

Catering Service:

An extensive menu, catered to your specific needs is available for your selection. We cater buffet style meals, appetizer platters, sandwich trays and a variety of drink choices. Our cake designer is available to make that lovely wedding cake or a decorated sheet cake for special occasions such as birthdays or reunions.

All food service is buffet style. Alcoholic beverages provided through the resort are permitted.

Our conference hostess can help plan your meeting, wedding or reunion and will assist you during the event.

Something Extra:

There will be a server/coordinator on duty during your entire visit. We will keep a fresh supply of ice, water, ice tea, and coffee throughout your use of the conference and board room.

Handicapped Accessible:

Although sitting on a beautiful hillside, our facility is accessible by vehicles for those with special needs. One of our three restrooms is also accessible for wheelchairs and walking assisted equipment.

Note:

Our facility is a non-smoking establishment, however, it is surrounded on three sides with a spacious covered deck equipped with lovely wrought iron chairs and tables with ask trays for those who do smoke.
