Whether you want to "rough it" in a tent or enjoy the comforts of home in a beautiful wooded surrounding, Dawt Mill has the perfect lodging accommodations for you.

The Cotton Gin Inn The former location of the Cotton Gin Mill is now the site of the Cotton Gin Inn. Eight, two-room suites can sleep up to six people each. All are equipped with television, air conditioning, telephone, microwave and small refrigerator.

The air-conditioned/heated suites can accommodate six people.  The bedroom has a queen-size bed and private exit to the deck. The open room is equipped with tables and chairs, queen sleeper sofa, and a day trundle bed.

For additional convenience, a microwave and small refrigerator are included.

The Dinnel Log Cabin Live as the Dinnell family, who owned DAWT MILL during the 1960’s. They reconstructed parts of three log cabins at Dawt to which a kitchen and bedroom were added on either end to create a modern version of country living. The cabin sleeps six and features a patio and grill area for gatherings. Amenities include air conditioning, television, telephone, a full kitchen and fireplace.

The Dinnels, who owned Dawt Mill at the time, added a full kitchen to one side of the cabin, bathroom and bedroom to the other side. It is air-conditioned, has a fireplace, and a covered outdoor picnic area with grill and table. It also has a front deck that overlooks the mill property.  It can accommodate up to six people.

The Hodgson House A true sense of history can be experienced through a stay in the original house in the village of Dawt. Built by Alva Hodgson, who designed and constructed the mill, the house is now divided into four separate units with private baths. Two units sleep four and feature kitchenettes. Two units sleep tow. All units are air conditioned. No televisions or phones will disturb your stay in this historic home. Picnic and grill areas are available.

The Cabin-in-the-Woods A quaint stay in a natural setting awaits you in this rustic cabin. Located on the edge of the property, up to six people can sleep in the kitchen and bath equipped cabin. The rusticity will go unspoiled by television and a ringing phone. Picnic and grill area are available.

Dawt Mill Campground Tents, trailers and the occasional recreational vehicle are welcome at DAWT MILL. Sites offer water, water and electricity or water, electricity and sewer. You choose the combination. Campers have access to the bath house, tables, grills and swimming in the mill pond. Shade protects the sites, some with views of the North Fork River. All are perfect for group and family gatherings.

Additional RV & Tenting Rate Information
Sites accommodate 2 tents or 8 people. A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. If reservations are canceled 10 days prior to reservation date, the deposit will be returned. Check-in is 3:00p.m., check-out is 2:00 p.m. Site service charges are applied regardless of use. Refunds cannot be issued because of weather conditions. We welcome non-confrontational leashed pets for a fee of $10.00 per stay. All prices subject to change without notice.
