Although sitting on
a beautiful hillside, our facility is accessible by vehicles for
those with special needs. One of our three restrooms is also accessible
for wheelchairs and walking assisted equipment.

Deposit
A deposit for the total room charge is due within 10 days of making
the reservation to guarantee the date of the event. You may pay
by credit card or a check. If the event is to be held in less
than 10 day then the room deposit must be made at the time of
booking the event.
All food and beverage
must be prepared by Dawt Mill.
The food deposit id
due three weeks prior to the event. The deposit amount is equal
to 50% of the total cost of the food ordered. You may add or subtract
the # of meals / platters up to this time. However, the meals
or food items ordered at the three week period will be the # billed
to you. Additional charges such as beverages, extra desserts or
side dishes, and gratuity (18%) are added to the final bill.
Events to be held in
21 days or less must give their food order and total meal count
and pay 50% at the time of the reservation.
Final Bill is due the
day of the event unless other arrangements have been approved
by management.
Cancellation
The room deposit and food deposit are refundable up to three weeks
from the date of the event. Cancellations after that date are
non refundable with no exchange for goods or services.
In the event that Dawt Mill would need to cancel the reservation,
all deposits are returned. We would make every attempt to make
other accommodations for your event.
